RPS Steel Pro 7.5 HP 480V, 3-Wire | 4" Submersible Well Pump + Stainless Steel Impeller | 1000 ft Head, 13.3–31.7 GPM | 25RPS75-S Complete Kit
RPS Steel Pro 7.5 HP 480V, 3-Wire | 4" Submersible Well Pump + Stainless Steel Impeller | 1000 ft Head, 13.3–31.7 GPM | 25RPS75-S Complete Kit
Your well works hard. This pump kit works harder.
The RPS Steel Pro 25RPS75-S submersible water pump brings full 304 stainless steel construction — outer body and impellers — to a price point that everyday families and working operations can actually afford. That used to be an industrial luxury. Not anymore.
Why does stainless steel impeller material matter? Because your well water isn't just water. Sand, dissolved minerals and hard water deposits can all take a toll on components over time. Steel impellers are the best at resisting abrasion and shrugging off mineral buildup— meaning more consistent flow, less efficiency loss, and fewer surprise failures at the worst possible moments.
The 25RPS75-S delivers 25 GPM with up to 1000 feet of total head — built for residential wells, ranch water systems, farm irrigation, and industrial applications where you can't afford downtime. It's also the go-to upgrade for sandy wells. Pair with a pressure tank - but make sure to size with an RPS Pump Specialist first (855) 560-5670.
NSF Drinking Water Certified and UL Listed — built to the highest standards so the water reaching your family, your livestock, and your crops is clean and safe. No cutting corners where it counts.
Built for wells, tanks, and ponds. This RPS Steel Pro Pump kit includes a durable 3 Wire 7.5 HP 480V motor, which features an efficient brushless design that provides years of smooth reliable performance without having to worry about replacing carbon brushes. Also includes a starter box to wire directly into your breaker or switch.

Using a pressure tank or pressure system? You'll need to add the depth of your well with the PSI in feet of head to get your "Total Head" number for sizing.
10 PSI = 23 feet of head
20 PSI = 46 feet of head
30 PSI = 70 feet of head
40 PSI = 90 feet of head
50 PSI = 115 feet of head
60 PSI = 140 feet of head
Example: 50 foot (well depth) + 90 feet of head (from a 40 PSI pressure tank) = 140 feet of total head. If your total head number exceeds this pumps ability range, size up to get a similar flow with higher head ability!
