At RPS Water Pumps, we want to ensure your home water systems operate perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the pump and all included accessories into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a tracked and insured service to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
